Apparently these aren't meant to be 'real ' people at all - but rather robots impersonating people, walking, talking etc Their heads are supposedly made of solid steel and that is why no gun or explosion will take it off/blow it apart. Same goes for GTA IV, I've always wondered about this. So now we know, none of it's real. Should have known really, I mean if I head doesn't blow off/apart after numerous blasts with a shotgun at point blank range then it had to have been a robot - common sense really!
