Hip Hop
In Red Dead, you can ride horses but not cars; I presume in GTA V you'll be able to drive cars but not ride horses. Imagine if horse-riding was in, galloping down a gang neighbourhood, drive-by'ing some Ballas on a horse. Would be horse-ome!
RichyB
This would be AMAZING and I would horse ride everywhere if this happened.

Cutter De Blanc
Perhaps we could buy a stable. Seems like a Michael kind of thing to buy.

Kiffster
I'm now pretty sure horses are in the game (so maybe horse riding too) after reading this preview http://m.usatoday.com/article/news/2129083 Somewhere in there they say sumting about farm animals... and stuff (also park rangers which I haven't seen in other previews) "In the city you might stumble across cyclists along the beach, gang members hanging out in their hoods, a security guard patrolling with their guard dog who will react aggressively to you intrusion," Hooker continues. "Whilst out in the countryside you might stumble across mountain bikers flying down a trail with friends, hikers in the hills, deer and coyote roaming the hills or farmers, farmyard workers and barnyard animals around farms."
