THUNDER-TRUMP
With a bigger emphasis on aquatic (for lack of a better word) stuff this time round, lets say the police might utilize bigger waterborne vehicles as you build a bigger wanted level. Something like an attack boat or maybe with the army a small destroyer type boat. If so maybe depth charges are an option if said vehicles are big enough? wwinterj
Sharks with laser beams attached to their heads. I'll go with this. Sharks could become hostile considering all the commotion with the police boats on the surface. Maybe we will see police divers also?

Yeah, Im starting to think depth charges will be deployed for subs and enemy divers when using SCUBA gear.
From B With Love
They pointed out you can now hide in the wanted zone and hide as a means of evasion so maybe now deep underwater is the best choice however I imagine the sub will be very rare and hard to come by. They also said not all boats had the scuba gear but if any of them did money is on the police boats. Finally they've mentioned npcs reacting more to the player taking photos, calling the police and even trying to be a hero so maybe it's harder to escape than you think. I suppose you are right, but you still have to think how R* will handle it... I hope its not like hiding on a roof after you shoot the choppers down in IV
King Of Monra
Probably be like IV, when over a certain wanted level you can't escape from the police in a helicopter so just the same but this time a submarine. But you can. Just fly full speed forward, and jump, just make sure you land in the water. When you are "flying" out of the helicopter, you fly out of the dangerzone. And yes there are cops in the water, but everytime I've done it, they have given up searching. It usually is a long swim back though.

MrcTOtheJ
Underwater rifle http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/APS_underwater_rifle I was thinking about how we'd fight Sharks awhile ago in another topic, and then again on GameFaq's earlier today, besides a Harpoon gun, and I think I've found my awnser. Leave it to the good 'ol Russia to have the awnser to things. That said, I think they'll use Police Cods like someone else said, also Police submarine's all shaped like Dr. Evil.
