How much time off you taking to play GTA V?

Are you taking time off from school and/or work, going outside, bathing, being social, etc. to play GTA V? Usually when an awesome game comes out I take a day off from work and spend it doing nothing but playing the game and stewing in my own juices, but I gotta take two days off for GTA V because it's so damn big.

3-4 days off from work. Last time I did this was for San Andreas where I took 4 days off from work.

Still, that's not an excuse, I WILL play this game, probably will buy it in the first week and I won't skip classes but.. I'll definitely play alot.

Well I worked somewhat hard for the first 3 and then kinda chilled the last year but oh well going off topic.

 

Can not wait for this even though 4 days off won't be enough.

I probably overreacted a bit there, I am a average student (at best) in arts class, so high grades don't concern me, meh

all my senior friends telling me it's a piece of cake.. so I guess when Sep rolls by, the fun will begin.

Unfortunately I can't have a day of, while my next year is also my year of exams. That doesn't mean I can't play GTA V at all, I mean... Think of all the day offs en vacations from school. Last schoolyear is always with many day offs. And of course, from day one I'll start GTA V. But after schoolday, of course. I'm gonna play the whole evening.

 

So, not taking any day off, just for a game. Even while it's Grand Theft Auto V. School is more important and I still have enough time to play.

Since I have to take holidays from work, I might as well take it then rather than some other arbitrary date.

 

Play a bit of GTA, relax a bit. Just cause you take a holiday to coincide with GTAs release, it doesn't mean that playing GTA will the only thing you'll do.

 

And as I say, since I have to take holidays, I might as well take it then.

Even with the reputation of having a very extensive amount of work as an Aerospace Engineering undergrad I'll still find quite a lot of time to spare.

As someone who's in college and has a job I can take off 1 day at best. I'm going to make sure I don't have classes on Tuesdays and then make sure I don't have a shift on the Tuesday that V gets released, if I do, I'm going to definitely switch with someone. That way I can go to work Tuesday morning at 8 am and pick up V and use my employee discount

As of right now, it looks to be just one day. That may change to 2, though. I must be cautious however, since School will have been active for only a couple weeks, so I might fall behind if I skip too much school.

 

Jesus Christ, it is going to be hard as sh*t to concentrate at school the immediate days following V's release.

I always take a week off from work when a new GTA come out. That's what vacation time is for. That, and Vegas.
