In fact, there are ski resorts just an hour's drive from downtown Los Angeles. So yes, it's perfectly possible snow is V. Max Payne 3 had snowmobiles (along with the Cuban 800) listed in some file on the disc. @StrapfordLondon Not sure which one you were asking for.
