There's many reappearing characters: Lance Vance appeared in VC & VCS; Ricardo Diaz appeared in VC & VCS; Kent Paul appeared in VC & SA; Salvatore Leone appeared in SA, LCS & III; Catalina appeared in SA & III to name a few. I'll stop and give others a chance to contribute. Why do you need a "list"? If you've played the games, you would know what characters reappear.
