Crumplet
While watching the character trailers, I noticed that the hand to hand combat seems kind of odd. When they punch someone, it seems as if their fist is 'just' missing their face, and not directly making contact, kind of like a movie. This could be just me, but it's something I noticed while looking at them, did anyone else get this? Though the part where Trevor smacks that biker with the baseball bat looked awesome as f*ck
RockstarMark
I'm sure it will be an improvement over IV's combat. GTA has never been strong combat wise, but I'm sure Rockstar have a few tricks up their sleeve with V.

RandomNoun
They need a good grappling system; they need something similar to Bully (or a toned down Sleeping Dogs). That's what real fights are like--fights where people's lives are on the line. Need to be rolling on the floor and bashing each others' heads in. More like this (WARNING: JESUS CHRIST!):

Crumplet
Don't get me wrong, it looks great and a considerable improvement over IV, and I'm not "asking for too much" it's simply an observation, it's not even hugely noticeable unless you watch it frame by frame.
