Alright, so as we all know, there are supposedly going to be a huge wildlife selection in GTAV. We have heard so much talk about it in several different previews. My question is out of all the multiple different screenshots and trailers we have, how come we haven't seen any other than dogs, birds, and so on? Is R* purposely hiding them to make it a surprise or something?

 

What do you guys think?

Probably just leaving some surprises for when the game comes out.

Here is a quick scenario for what R* does:

 

You receive the info that there are animals in GTA V.

 

Your mind races with thoughts about which animals will be included.

 

You make fantasy situations: Night time in the woods. Running into a bear in the woods who is eating a hiker!

 

Then R* gives info never mentioning the bear.

 

Then you get the game and play through it your first time.

 

Some time through it you forget about the bear and focus on the other amazing things in the game.

 

Then finally......You run in to a bear in the middle of the woods who is eating a hiker

 

R* could easily tell us about the hidden things in this game but that would of course spoil some golden moments.

I wouldn't have any doubt about it. RDR was filled with roaming wildlife!

Seriously? You must have no idea.

Just like every GTA, R* isn't unveiling everything. Just like IV, I'm sure we've only been shown less than 10% of the game, much less.

 

Its not that they are "hiding" things. They just aren't going to show us everything. It would take away a lot from the game if we saw everything they've added.
