Best content/mission mods?

Hey all, I was just wondering, because I've searched around and I can't seem to find many, well, content mods for gta iv. I'm an active community member in the fallout/oblivion/skyrim modding community, and I know that for those games, there are A LOT of silly/fun mods, but there's also a good balance of serious quests/adventures/etc. Now this game has been out for four, almost five years now! Surely there must be some out there? Would anyone care to inform me about them. Anything, that adds quality missions, gameplay mechanics, so on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S. if I hear about another superhero gameplay conversion, I'm going to die.

Many mods can be use in normal gameplay, for example - DeadEye. Not make game soo stupid, but add small fun.

Other great mod what i remeber is Arrest mod, CQC, EquipGun [for me - the best mod, simple but effective], Criminal act, airstrike [for 4 stars cop], FPS mod [sounds like Quake, stats], Sparta kick...

GTAGarage man, or GTA4-mods.com, but there was a virus... so i do not come back to gta4-mods...

That isn't exactly what I'm looking for, but thank you man! I'm talking more about mods that add missions, which have a good story, so on.
