Monty Mantis Posted May 5, 2013 Share Posted May 5, 2013 So, I'm not one to over-analyze things, but I was watching the second trailer over again, and we all remember the quote that Travor says about his "enterprise". I just thought this was a one-liner, but after all the previews we've seen, I am beginning to wonder... Its clear that Trevor has a huge feud over drugs and territory with the Los Santos chapter of The Lost. But, how could one man take on an entire, no matter how insane, take on an entire biker gang? I think that Trevor might run a gang of his own because he can't single-handedly fight the Lost, defend his turf, make drugs and smuggle/sell his product. So who might be in this gang? My guess is he says this line right at the beginning of his erm... relationship with The Lost. At this point they don't know who they're dealing with so he can say whatever he likes. Rockstar Cake Posted May 5, 2013 Share Posted May 5, 2013 That's probably one of the main points of Trevor's storyline, just as escaping the gangbanger lifestyle is for Franklin, and how dealing with his midlife crisis is for Michael. We already know Trev's got some shifty buddies in prison and out on the street, so maybe him and his gang of misfits just happen to be badass enough to take on The Lost. Or maybe The Lost in Los Santos aren't as prominent as they are in Liberty City. Who knows? I think there's definitely something going on with Trevor's storyline Rockstar isn't telling us. I could definitely imagine him stealing a Lost biker cut and wearing it into another gangs territory and just causing general mayhem. That gang then attacks the Lost thinking they were the culprits, and while their power is undermined by the gang war, Trevor moves in and takes their business away from them. It's something we saw happen in both III and Vice City, I'd love for it to happen again and actually have implications on our character rather than just our character's boss. Also, he is a military trained psycho who has nothing to lose and isn't afraid of death. Don't underestimate what a person could do when all they are waiting for is to die(Niko anyone?) MrcTOtheJ Posted May 6, 2013 Share Posted May 6, 2013 I dunno he was seen jacking a Helicopter mid air, shooting an AK-47 from the wing of a plane, and had a punching montage in one trailer. Personally I think he'll be up there with Niko with insane combat prowess. Maybe less...finesse, not that Niko had much. But Niko could be deranged in a gun fight when need be, he impressed (with a little bit of scared) Johnny, whom called him derganged when he saw the carnage left behind. Loved that bit in TLAD, because that's what it looked like when I played lol. Though Niko really didn't care if he lived or died, Trevor...dunno he seems to be happy living but I don't think he gives many f*cks in the way of dieing either. That said, taking on an entire chapter by him self? He either has some buds, is going to ask Michael and Franklin for help, or the chapter is dieing off a little, and is small. Also very true. Trevor seems to be the supreme badass of the whole group. I like him <3 he's damn sexy in his underwear. I think that he's got some connections underground, and could definitely have an army all his own to take on The Lost. I'd bet on Trevor any day! I can kinda see this happening, in that Trevor sparks this war because that's just how he is, but the conflict turns out to be more than he alone can handle. Then he gets the other two dragged into his conflict (and to be fair, each protagonist probably gets involved in another protagonists' conflict at some point or another). Maybe he compromises their heist operation to an extent in favor of his war. Sort of fits his loose cannon personality to bite off more than he can chew. He's likely manufacturing, but we don't know for certain if that lab was his, or someone else's yet. He could be the middle man, getting it from the manufacture to sell to other dealers and/or users....If it is an enterprise he's probably the guy making it though.
