Eddie5850
When I turn off frame limiter off in the advanced options in gta san andreas, driving a car feels like it has the handbrake on. And when you drive, and let go of the gas, its like the car uses its handbrake. It only does that, when the frame limiter off, not when its on. What is going on here? MrMateczko
Turning off the Frame Limiter always causes errors in GTA games. For example, you will find it harder to turn on/off the sirens when the Frame Limiter is off. Also the last Flying School missions will be way too fast, making the times very low. To have the best game experience, ALWAYS leave the Frame Limiter turned ON!
