vivalavendredi
Did you ever have a "magic moment" in a videogame and what can you think of as such a moment in V? For example when playing RDR and crossing the mexican border for the first time, it was just you and your horse and then suddenly that great music (Jose Gonzalez - Far away) came up… this gave me the shivers and made me stick to the game and its story even deeper. In IV there were not that much magic moments but when playing TBOGT and in the end you see the homeless guy getting the diamonds in the park it made me realize what a great game IV combined with the episodes was and I was laughing and also had some tears of joy running down my cheeks (no gay! ) Did you ever experienced something like this and what do you think might happen in V that could be such a moment? MrSpooge
IV - Forgot the mission but was on one of those Giant 3 Hotels located right next to each other, guy jumped off the top and landed directly on his head.. It was, magic.. To be honest, just playing GTA feels pretty magical to me, I guess that's why it's so popular, it gives that feel no other game can really match. Just that, makes it magic. Though in V I've already thought of so many moments. "Plowing a Speedophile off the top of the Dam" - "Driving the Monster Truck across the Santa Beach running over so many Peds while activating Franklin's Slow Mo." GlitzyTomb
GTAIV Multiplayer This was back before the expansions came out. I was driving around on a motorcycle and eventually drew the ire of this one guy. He kept coming after me. I'd get a good lead then hop off and leave the motorcycle right in the middle of the street to draw his attention. He'd slow down to investigate and sometimes he'd hop out. That was when I would waste him. Did that for awhile. Next thing I know he's chasing me in a car with three other people in it. I race around trying to stay alive. End up somewhere in the first island by a highway. I see a little building near an on-ramp. I race up to it, turn the corner, and ditch my bike on the other side of the wall, then take cover behind that wall. The car saw me and tried to run me over, but instead got caught up against a tree. While they were stuck I gunned down the driver. With the passenger doors wedged against the wall two of them were stuck. All three kept trying to shoot me but I'd wait for a brief lull then fire on them. Killed all four of them, then took off on my motorcycle again. They stopped hunting me down after that. Kiffster
In IV, when I carjacked a Cavalcade belonging to the gang, then they chased me. I rolled the cavalcade at a gas station, got out and a gun battle erupted. There were LOTS of other cars waiting to refuel, so I just shot a gas pump!!!! It was the longest series of explosions ever!! Bodies flying everywhere, including the guys that chased me!! Or when I crashed on the Broker bridge and my car caught fire. Again, LOTS of traffic and LOTS of explosions and flying peeps!! (car density slider was at 100)!! Total mayhem awesomeness!!

GlitzyTomb
GTA 2 - I never really got very far. I just remember that first little shop area. Buying mines and oil slicks and whatnot. Making chaos with that and some nice tank fun. GTA 3 - I bought a PS2 just for this game...but didn't know that I needed to buy a memory card too. Therefore I spent a long time having to work through the storyline of the first island before I could access the other islands...I spent a ton of time just messing around on that first island as a consequence. Loved racing through that Mafia area hoping not to get shotgunned to death. GTA:VC - Motorcycles were incredible. Spent a ton of time blasting down streets on them. GTA:SA - Motorcycling through the mountains listening to Dust. Well I been through the desert on a horse with no name, it felt good to get out of the rain. GTA:IV - Previously mentioned....and finally, just a few months ago, getting that Liberty City Survivor achievement for surviving for 5 minutes or so with a 6 Star Wanted Level. Epic firefight across from the Police Station on the second island.

GlitzyTomb
I hope so. I hated that station for a long time. Then I started listening to it on my long motorcycle trips. I'm not sure if it's sad or not...but GTA has had a huge impact on my musical tastes. Push it to the Limit

jackjenkins
Playing RDR and crossing the mexican border for the first time, it was just you and your horse and then suddenly that great music (Jose Gonzalez - Far away) came up… I had so many awesome RDR moments, watching the sunset over the waterfall near Bearclaw camp was probably the standout one. GTA: II - Running around never really knowing where I was, farting and shouting. GTA: VC - Driving the Rhino and aiming the turret backwards in order to go faster. GTA: SA - Use to drive the longest way possible around the map on a Freeway(motorcycle) listening to K-DST in homage to a TV programme called Long Way Round. GTA: LS - Going in the Ammu-nation and maxing out my ammo before having a massive standoff with the police. GTA: IV TBOGT - Once had a huge standoff on MP at the Rotterdam Tower. Had three guys in the foyer shooting cops, me on a rooftop down the street providing sniper cover, and a guy in a buzzard raining down chaos! GTA: V - First time on the loading screen, listening to the soundtrack Cannot wait!
GlitzyTomb
My best time in RDR is a tie between getting horribly lost and sniping the living hell out of this one really annoying guy. I was like level 3 or 4 but I'd picked up someone's Caracano Rifle. I'd keep filling it up with ammo and move around ever so slowly. The other guy kept setting up on the rooftop of that one big building in Blackwater. I'd snipe him from three or four different roofs. Sometimes from street level. His screams of rage were the most beautiful music.
