Mini-Heists

I red the GTAV-net part of the Heists/Missions:

But i dont get exactly what the use of them is. You can recruit Members and there is an After Action Report and stuff.

 

Are these Mini Heists also IN the story or is this something like a side activitiy ( like robbery in San Andreas) which u can do whenever you want as often as u want?

I believe you can do them whenever you want.

probably. I actually hope its like an activity which u can do over and over.

 

cause the stuff from san andreas was actually a story.

yea. thats what I hope. I want to do heists in free roam ( with a crew) as often as i want.
