Bill is right on one count, these are things we've all discussed at length over the years and I will credit the entirety of gtaforums.com's passionate, well spoken community for not only offering speculation and wishlists in regards to Grand Theft Auto but showing a viable "How To" on how to go about making a more satisfying experience vs a "What it".
