epicluca Posted May 2, 2013 Share Posted May 2, 2013 (edited) I'm just dissapointed by the graphics, from what i've read they're not as good as shown in the trailers, which is extremely misleading and apparently R* still have no intention to do a PC or Next-gen version, this seems really stubborn because they know they can make more money from doing so and I just hope that they change their minds like they did about properties and put it on next gen, now don't get me wrong i'm hyped for the game and don't want to seem like a spoilt brat but the journalists made it known that the graphics were worse on screen than in the trailer, implying R* for some reason touched the trailers up or made them look better somehow, what do you think of this and what did you find most dissapointing from the new info? Pretty sure they said that the screenshots were touched up a bit with the resolution higher, so I assume that the graphics in the trailer is how it actually is, which is fine by me! GR7 Posted May 2, 2013 Share Posted May 2, 2013 Regen health depending on how fast it actually generates. I know it only regenerates to 50% but that still makes things too easy considering GTA IV was a walk in the park without it. Think of all the tense gameplay scenarios such as walking in the wilderness at low health and hoping no wild animals finish you off, well that will no longer be a worry since your health will go back to safe amount after some time which will make survival less interesting. Lets state the obvious, the character detail is awesome for 3rd person perspective, you won't be zoomed in so much, so you won't note it. Sprunk is still in, so its a lie. PC version WILL come, so lets not believe Kotaku's rumours that said before that a Spanish guy will be the main and ONLY perotagonist. Its all perfect... and it will just become better Lets remind you about Minecraft graphics (Major Success) and Crysis 3 (Said to be a fail). Ever escape the polic with a sliver of health left only to get bumped by an aggressive cabi and die. Well now you will be able to get at least half your health back to preven this from happening. @OP: Alot of your statements dont have any source. No one said the game looks worse than the trailers. The said texture pop ins and typical GTA visual issues still occur. If your expecting next gen graphics or even Halo 4 graphics than your are delusional and have yourself to blame. Since it only regenerates to 50%, you still have to use items id you want your full health and in a crazy gun fight, it is usefull that your health regenerates.
