Besides, you could slow down time with adrenaline pills in most 3D Era games (excluding San Andreas unless you entered a cheat) so I have no problem with them bringing it back in GTA V. I agree. I think it's a nice nod to the adrenaline pills in the old III-era games. I also think that bullet time won't be available in MP because V will be a massive open world MP game, totally different to Max Payne 3's MP. Besides that the previews say, each character has his own special ability. Since your MP character is the fourth playable character (so to speak) I don't think he will feature the same special abilities of the SP characters.
