The Pizza Delivery Guy
As long as we can sell it or use the skins and create new clothes. Other than that it's pretty pointless. Perhaps we take James hunting?

Miss Darko
I'm not entirely certain, but Trevor's trailer seemed to increase the likelihood in my mind of some kind of hunting activity. In the trailer, you can see in his wardrobe some outfits that are clearly his (because there's the denim jacket we've seen him wearing in screenshots, etc.), and one of those items is a camouflage jacket with a fluorescent yellow stripe, which signifies that it's hunter attire. If Trevor can in fact hunt using such gear, then it seems more likely that he'll be able to skin animals and possibly make use of other parts to sell. Dick Justice
I can hunt for hours in RDR without getting bored. This is a feature I'd welcome into GTA so quickly. I'm not sure if skinning and selling pelts and meat would work here, but you should definitely be able to find useful items on animals that you can sell - shark teeth, bear claws, etc.
JT69
Not entirely sure where I heard this but it was ages ago when gtaV was announced or maybe around the first trailer I remember something about they won't be doing that like in RDR because they could get away with it in RDR because the era in which it was set relied on people hunting/skinning animals to survive, but if they were to do it in a modern day setting they would have PETA protesting and creating a sh*tstorm. gta5freemode4eva
Skinning animals would only suit Trevor. I can't see Michael and Franklin being involved with anything like that, its not their style. With respect to selling the skin, we're talking about the game being set in the modern day with bulk buying, cheap labour, major fashion labels and hollywood stars modelling items etc etc. This isn't set back in the day when these materials were harder to come by and process... I'm not saying it won't be in the game but our pockets will be full of handguns, cash and jewelry... not rabbits feet, coyotes teeth and wild herbs. The only opportunity to make real money from hunting and skinning in this day and age would be hunting and skinning extremely rare 'exotic' animals like snow leopards etc and selling them to mega rich businessmen/collectors or maybe collecting animals alive to sell as exotic pets. Lots and lots of money to be made in smuggling rare creatures. Edited May 2, 2013 by gta5freemode4eva
