One is a Biker Gang and the other is a Street Gang, but I think it would be cool if we could go to war with them, or hell, maybe even join forces. What do you think? You may be right, but I think Franklin will still have some story missions over there, which is likely to help Trevor defeat some of the Lost MC bikers. I mean it makes sense that Franklin would take some of his homies with him to help out. Which is why I believe that Gang recruitment will be in the game. I was so into this concept that when I did gang-wars, I'd destroy an entire set before moving on to the next - divide and conquer and all that, the Kilo-Trey's were the weakest, and right next to Grove Street. Another thing worth noting is that Lamar is a drug-dealer, so it seems the Families have a different philosophy to what they had back in 1992.
