We all saw Trevor's trailer when he was howling at the moon. This is an obvious hint that Trevor's animal shape will be a werewolf. I also think the screenshot of the "shark" under the scuba diver was actually Michael in his animal form. Franklin's animal form is Chop, clearly, but he has the special ability to either BE chop or to have chop tag along, hence the screenshots we've seen of Franklin and chop together.
