Hopefully t's just a coincidence that they haven't put them in the trailers, since they have a bigger influence in LA than Black/White gangs do at the moment. Asian gangs do have some influence to a small extent, but their influence is no where near that of Black gangs. I expect Rockstar to include Latino gangs, they would be very stupid not to.
