Versous
Midnight Club II and Midnight Club: LA both set in the "same" town as GTA V, so I had some serious vibes when I watched the trailer yesterday. Especially during the Franklin trailer during the car chase. But Could it mean that driving physics will be more like that considering that it is Rockstars only racing franchise? In the Gameinformer Preview they talked about how it would feel more like a racing game.
Arran B
This has been discussed before, and although I'm a huge fan of the Midnight Club series, I hope the driving physics don't influence V's. It wasn't that great, and they were going in the right direction with what Rockstar did with the driving in IV. Granted, an improvement upon that is necessary and expected. kesta195
I'm pretty sure the lead designer for MC:LA is supervising the car handling for V, or something like that.

I think it's going to be a Mix of both MC and IV, which would still be nice. I think we can forget the realism of IV's physics. A good solution would probably be physics that will be used in Codemasters GRID 2 a system that gives you a "true feel" of how the car would handle. GTAfan786
It wouldn't be good to see the full MCLA handling in GTA V, because it is sh*tty compared to IV's physics. If its a mix of IV's physics and MCLA, that's not a problem because MCLA has good drifting handling.
Arran B
i hope something similar to Gta Iv TBOGT Weren't the driving physics from TBOGT the same from IV? I always used to think that, but there are certain improvements such as better acceleration and grip. Still needs a f*ckload of tuning though. I have faith in R*

If you drive a car like Roman's taxi is the same of Gta Iv original, feels like you are driving a boat lol.

GTAgamersquirrel
http://gifsforum.com/images/gif/other/gran...6ded4af4e2c.gif It doesn't look arcade like in this scene, just a step-up from GTAIV.

JOSEPH X
I hope V doesn't have MC:LA's handling. Just needs to be a bit better than IV's with the cars having a bit more weight.

-Perfection-
I hope its not like Midnight Club LA, but GTA IV with a bit stiffer suspensions on cars, and not fishtailing bikes. Apart from that, the physics of the cars/bikes movement can't get any better.

Despite that, R* officially confirmed that it'll feel more like a Racing game so Smash your copy already. Well "Racing" game can be considered as two meanings. The first being arcadey, and not very realistic driving. This would be for example like Sleeping Dogs, MCLA, MC, GRID etc. The second meaning could realistic driving, the handling could be like forza, gran turismo, dirt, rfactor etc. Now i hope that the driving will be an upgraded version of gta ivs and be more realistic suspension and driving mechanics. I think it would be a considerable step back in driving mechanics if they chose handling like sleeping dogs and GRID. I think i remember them stating that they wanted the driving to be more realistic, so why take a step back and make the handling worse.

Meezarawcks
I don't think R* are going to make it like any other games out there except there own (i.e. MC: LA, GTAIV, etc). When was the last time R* took a gameplay tip from another company?
