"Michael is looking younger/older" and "Map is too small" or "The game isn't next gen, I wish it was" People gotta realise how much effort is put into making such a videogame. From the details of the map, the programing, the music, voice acting, motion capture, modeling and texturing, and so on... Grand Theft Auto is by far the best videogame series in the world. And I'd dare to say it. It's the only game that makes us see America in a nutshell, yet in a way, how it really is. It's the atmosphere and freedon of choise in this particular sandbox. Think about it! There would be no Saints Row, no True Crime, no Mafia. No L.A. Noire or Bully or any GTA spinoff without the first ever GTA being the breaking point for a "murder silumator sandbox". Y'all on the forums talking about "i hate rockstar they maked no CJ come back and now he is best bleck progtegonists, i bet niko is maked come back in gta V." I wasn't dissapointed, I was rather saddened by the delay, but I totally got it. It's Rockstar, they know what's best for now their fans would react when the game was released. Think about it! It was scheduled to released this Spring! We probably had to wait one-two weeks from now and we'd be able to play it! But how good would the game be if it was already released? I'm pretty sure it isn't even finished now. Maybe the script and missions are, but some things are deffinetaly not close to being done, being that we have 3 and a half months left before it's released. I'm pointing out how people are ungreatful with all that Rockstar puts into making this game. But indeed, I don't complain about anything, really. (well a bit, i don't want to be forced to begin with Michael, that's about it!), in rest, I am thankful for everything Rockstar had done. I hope they only changed his appearance, nothing else. Map: A legitimate concern. I personally trust R* will balance things out well and the map will be a good combination of size and content. But I don't see what's stupid about people wanting bigger maps, as would be possible with... Next gen consoles: It's obvious why R* chose the current gen before the next gen (among other things: they knew the platforms well and for years, unlike PS420; home installed base of those consoles). But that doesn't automatically make everyone who disagrees with that decision stupid, nor does it devalue such disagreement. I for one would have preferred V on next gen too, but tbh as long as a PC version follows (and that's almost guaranteed) all the console versions can go to hell as far as I'm concerned. All this kids think that sculpting a model, placing it on the map and other stuff are just like drawing on a piece of paper. Even modders who convert stuff from other games find it hard to convert and place stuff around! And all this kids think is that voice acting and stuff are recorded in just an hour. The Scottish Guy Posted May 1, 2013 Share Posted May 1, 2013 The only 2 times I've been miffed at R* (in history), was that long drought last year, and the delay announcement (they could've at least given us something to stifle the blow). But I quickly got over it after those 10 screens we got a few weeks ago. Other than that, I've had no problem with them. I've absolutely loved their games, most notably Vice city/IV/MP3 - hands down the best games I've ever played to date. I don't give a sh*t if you label me a fanboy, no other developer comes close to R* Games as far as I'm concerned. And to think, it all started 25 miles north of me in Dundee when they were DMA. In case you haven't realized, the graphic have been improved significantly, perhaps this apparent age change is because of the graphical face-lifting?
