But the guy that Trevor hits in the head with a bat in the beginning of his trailer is a member of the lost. Or at least he is wearing a hoodie with the Lost logo. Plus, he turns around as he's hit, and you can see the club's logo along with a top rocker, slightly covered by the hood. If he was wearing supporter gear, it wouldn't include the MC's full logo or any rockers. You can also notice a badge on the left side of the jacket. Probably titled "member" or "loyal" something like that, So yes. It's a member of the gang Trevor is also seen shooting a shotgun outside of a building with the club's logo later in the trailer. This means that both are in the game. They're both mortal enemies, but also both enemies of Trevor, I'd imagine. Now that's an interesting three-way dynamic.
