All of this for a fictional woman who more than likely won't even be in the game. It's lollipop girl from GTA IV all over again. If anything, the girl from the GTA V artwork slightly resembles Kate Upton, but is probably not a real person and just something an artist at Rockstar illustrated. Why is this even a discussion? Make a million threads when car customization is back. Not when a tweeting attention whore puts her own picture next to a promotional one for a video game. Rockstar uses real people to create artwork from and I'm pretty sure they used Shelby Welinder for the beach girl on this thread alone there are already 3 girls which look like the bikini girl... Shelby Welinder was the only one who provided a pay check and tweeted several times about how she actually worked with Rockstar Games and it's no wonder that there are many girls who look like your average blonde bitch Like someone couldn't forge that exact document. You don't have to pay anyone anything if you don't use their actual likeness. Especially if you're just doing a parody of them without using their name. That's ridiculous. The picture is obviously someone fictitious and just a generic swim suit model. Who is Shelby Welinder? I've seen Kate Upton on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swim Suit Edition as recent as yesterday on a news stand. She's had cameos in major films and has major endorsement deals. If they were to parody someone, it makes more sense to use Kate Upton (who looks more like the artwork) than someone who is a heck of a lot less known. But let's talk about that "authentic" paycheck. Which has "Rock Star Video Game" as the advertiser/product. Rockstar the developer is supposed to be written as one word. But there's also "Rock Star Broadband" listed as the buyer. Which is it? Shelby Welinder saw an opportunity for some publicity and capitalized on it. Until Rockstar themselves say Shelby was used for that picture, then I don't buy it.
