There will be more than the 3 protags in the game.. There will be plenty of NPC's giving plot twists, and plot twists aren't always good anyway. If the OP is right R* f*cked up the story because it isn't bold or new as they said the story would be. And plus how would they make that work w/o the player knowing Franklin's a cop? Well, this is new for a GTA game, even for videogames actually. You could play with Franklin without know that he is a cop.
