What if a cop sees you peeing then he will chase you down and you have to run because he thinks its a doughnut. Or you can just do it in the street and watch everyone's reaction when they see it and are grossed out. Peds might even film it on their iFruit and upload it to a website. I want to piss on people at the train station and have them fall onto the tracks trying to escape the piss. "Conkers bad fur day" had urinating. So it's not outside the scope of possibility.
