After getting all GTA IV files from Steam,what should I do? (Windows 7 Enterprise 32bit)

Please tell me, I don't know what should I do next after getting Installer and GTA IV files at Steam.

 

I do not have the Installation manual for Steam Mode, thx!

 

Do I just run the LaunchGTAIV.exe without changing anything?
