RetroMutt
So, in GTA IV cars spawned in two different ways. Either by fixed locations or cycling through Styles as time goes on. However, I noticed something in the three trailers. Every time it showed a different location, it showed a different style cars. Now normally I wouldn't think much of it, I mean there must be a lot of cars but in the trailers they show couple scenes that take place in the same general area more than once and in those areas they had the style of cars similar. So is it possible that instead of having cars cycle through the whole map, they have unique car cycles for each area? Sandy Shores = Trucks, Vintage, Farm Vinewood Hills = High class cars Inner Los Santos = City cars, vans, buses, Highway - Station wagons, compact cars Ect. Ect... Perhaps I'm wrong, but for example: Every time we see a scene for Sandy Shores or Alamo Sea area, I recall mostly seeing Jeeps and trucks, cars you would find in a redneck trailer trash area. And if I'm right, it has been like this in all the trailers. So I'm just wondering if anyone else noticed it? Perhaps this is how they'll do it in multiplayer as well. Edit: Now I'm thinking of a new possibility! I'm assuming on all this but it we can customize cars, then there is a possibility you can store that car in a garage. If we can do that, then maybe all the cars down need to spawn in multiplayer when you can just pull your favorite cars in a garage and drive them online. Who knows though, it may just be wishful thinking! Edited May 2, 2013 by RetroMutt

When will people get this in their head? That's not the point being made. It's the algorithm being used to spawn vehicles seems to be the same as SA - you only get certain types of vehicles in certain areas.
RetroMutt
I like that honestly. I does make me think about multiplayer though. If they're going with this, does it increase the chance of having more cars? Unlike in gta iv where a good chunk of the cars where missing from freemode. C4RR4NZ4
Wait, what were to happen if you drive a luxury/high class car in blaine county? Would all the other cars that spawn become luxury cars too?
