The area surrounding it is more colorful and green, and the road seems different. Maybe it's the angle but.... what do you think? And is it just the lighting, or did the radio tower behind it go from black/gray to red and white? Edit: Never mind about my theory with the road, I remember from the trailer that road seems to lead straight into the city after that, not to the right side of the sign. To me it seems that they have changed a lot about the Vinewood sign area. Look at the first trailer, it looks like that road behind the Vinewood sign isn't there, then in the later screenshots it is, and they added that road going down the side of it. The mountains change all different purples and oranges at that time of day, so I think this is more of R*'s attention to detail than a huge change. In Michaels trailer it's in the middle of the day from the lower left angle, whereas in Trailer 1 it is to the right just a little lower than the sign. & in the screenshot it's upper right, & you cant see the lower left area too well. Maybe the sign is greener cause its spring and maybe it's kinda brown cause its near fall? I dunno. And the building with the crane through out the trailers and screen shots seems to get taller and taller. Then again if you notice toward the bottom of the second screenshot it's more green on that side of the road.
