marcx
its perfect how it is nowi hated when he looked way too old. now he looks like robert de niro in "Heat". I don't care that much about his age, look at his eyes, he looks different, now he has goggle eyes (or whatever the right word is in eng). He was perfect in Trailer 2 imo. he looked like a doll in trailer 2. and had a baby face... He didn't IMO. Whatever makes you happy, to each his own. aaronimpact
I still prefer how Michael looked in the first trailer.
Mister Pink
Guys coming from someone with filmmaking & sound production experience I can tell you it's probably this... The first trailer is like Michael speaking to his therapist. The room acoustics seem to be very dry. Therefore, you are hearing his voice, loud and clear. He was speaking in a room voice in which he didn't have raise his voice. It never had a wide variety of tone. In the 2nd trailer, you hear him almost narrate, almost like it was just for the trailer - just like the first trailer. The 3rd trailer we hear more expression and tone in his voice. He raises it. He's more animated. We are actually getting to see Michael in more everyday circumstances. If anything Michael sounds more normal and his age in the 3rd trailer as it shows us Michael in a more "natural" environment. We see/hear him in a more dimensional way unlike the previous 2 trailers. We actually get to hear Michael act and be more "emotional" in the third trailer which give his voice a slightly different sound/pitch/tonal quality. hhamzah99
Full Size Thought it would fit here too. HOLY FUDGE. That last pic is so sharp so epic. We already loved the graphics in trailer 1 and now people rage :?
kesta195
I think they have perfected his appearance now as he looks to be in his early 40's in the character trailer to me, and I don't get the big deal about his voice. Just because it isn't gruff doesn't mean it sounds young. But I will admit at the start of Trevor's trailer when he says 'I ever tell you about Trevor?' He sounds like a teenager. Hazelnot
When the game debuted, he looked okay. Then they made him older. Now he's younger than in Trailer 1. They're just modifying some details, the same thing happened to Niko back in 200...7, I think.

Gtaghost22
No it's not just you, cida. I pointed that out in the analysis topic as well. Michael looks and sounds way too young now. He looked best in Trailer 2 imo, not so old like Trailer 1 but not too young like he is in the latest trailer.
œaœa
i think they made him sound like adam sandler now LOL I was just thinking this. He even reminds me of him looks-wise in some scenes.
Dope_0110
The seem to have tweaked him a little. Where that mole on his face in the third picture? Between 1 and 2 I really see no difference but there's a new texture in the third one, it's not just lighting. As for age, everyone probably assumed him way older in the beginning thinking he was Tommy, and that slow talking made him feel old. Now you see him in action, of course it makes him seem way younger so it's probably most in fans heads, but R* did also make him just a few years younger. meson1
Holy sh*t! The amount of complaining amazes me.. I'd like to lodge a complaint about all the people complaining about the complainers. On-topic, we cannot be certain that Rockstar are reacting to fan comments. We know from previous GTAs that Rockstar continue to develop, refine and change characters right up to the point of release. You only need go look at Niko in the various trailers and how he ended up looking in the game itself. Look at the differences between Johnny in GTA:IV and his final appearance in TLAD. And look at the differences between how both Luis and Tony ended up looking in TBOGT and their former appearances in GTA:IV and TLAD. I reckon all three GTA:V protags will continue to be refined right up to the game going gold in August.
cidamelo
He is hotter now, but I prefer him older, like in the first trailer... Maybe Rockstar thought it would be weird a 50 years old doing a lot of action scenes, I'm almost reaching that age and I know what it feels like
