I dunno - does cali have many? Would they fit into context, or feel like shock value? Nudity definitely should appear where it belongs - strip clubs, or maye some of trevor's pals would be the kind who sit around naked. The same goes for male genitalia. It doesn't bother me at all seeing a penis, flaccid or erect - i'd react the same as seeing a woman. It won't affect the gameplay at all. But as said, i find it very weird, how strip clubs have no nudity at all. Take it or leave it. The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing. Even Duke Nukem Forever had them super close-up with little controversey. GTA V is likely to, they just won't show them in promotional trailers obviously.
