EvilFuture Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 I was reading in the GI, and they said that the number of peds were reduced, although you could find em on their daily lives. I don't know about you, but it seems to me that there are MORE peds than there was in IV, and they are all active doing stuff, unlike GTA IV. Take a look: In my opinion GTA IV was a ghost town.
