Anybody else disappointed by the cars?

The small number of new cars that there are, are fantastic. But it *seems * from the new trailers that 80-90% of the vehicles are identical to GTA IV?

 

I'm disappointed by what I've seen so far in regards to cars.

Dude Rockstar said that gta v has the most amount of vehicles to date, i doubt we have seen even 1/4 of them yet

What, aside from the submarines, jetski's, mountain bikes, tractors and jumbo jets? GTA V is said to have the largest selection of vehicles in any GTA game ever made, so uhh.. don't sweat it.

We´ve seen a lot of new cars, trucks, sportscars, SUVs, planes, trains, helicopters, Bikes, motorbikes, submarines. Im happy with it to be honest.

Don't worry OP, i agree with you. I'm not bugged by it but it's just too bad there are so many of the same cars from IV, but then again, it's also fun, almost nostalgia if you will. And it's not that odd, it's roughly 5 years after IV... And i'm sure they added tons more, so either way, it's all good

How many NEW cars have you seen since 2007/2008?

So .. NO..

 

If you want car designs out from someones A55, play Saints Row.

Personally I like the current design because .. well .. that's what is out there..

I'm happy because I know there are new ones, plus we did see some new ones.

I'm surprised that people aren't complaining more. This is actually an improvement.

Not really. Am a little tad disappointed about the police cars though, but mainly with the design logo.

wtf op????? have you checked out the gtav.net vehicle database???? also rockstar stated that there are more vehicles in this game than any other!! WHY IS THIS A DISSAPOINTMENT???

ive spotted a new modern style buffalo, buffalo police with better lights, better police cars, and the red car that franklin flipped a middle finger in ..i spotted that in a convertible form, ive spotted suv's, new muscle cars and luxury vehicles, even that big ass truck trevor shot with the lifted suspension NEW

not to mention the various types of offroad trucks.

i also saw a pickup truck pulling a trailer too, thats new.

and apparently more than one type of Buffalo was shown, which could hint customizing, or just various models of certain cars.

 

Of course there will be reused models. The same as any other GTA. It especially wouldnt be realistic to add ALL new cars considering the game takes place roughly only 5 years after IV.

 

 

Anyway, I think I've seen more new vehicles than old since trailer #1.

Well then you didn't watch the trailers very studiously then did you?

 

And anyway, read the OP. I specifically said cars, I know there are other new vehicles. But I said cars. Cars, cars is what most people drive most in the game, and most of the ones in the trailers so far are from GTA IV.

You are right, but for some people nothing is enough.

Base models may be the same, but so are the cars they see in-real-life.

They seem to ignore that -> they can go play .. SaintsRow IV for I care.

 

I see "current models", and as you pointed, some updates, of the cars that are roaming around now IRL.

Complainers won't see that, nor they will ever acknowledge that fact.

 

So your work is pointless.

 

But luckily, there is a large lurker-population, which is rather clever not to take part of this silly corral we have here.

Guys please:

GTA SA and Vice City has a lot of same cars (admiral, regina etcetc.) and they all look the same. So what if GTA V will take most of the cars from IV? Would you rather have 300 cars including most of IV:s cars, or 200?

Yea I am disappointed by the cars, bikes, planes, trailers for cars, lorries, trains, trucks, quads, jet-skis, guns, big ass map, graphics, sounds, 3 protags, multi-player... it just seems like GTA 1 to me no improvement what-so-ever.

GTAV is confirmed to have the most number of vehicles in any[/b[ GTA game! A total of 101 cars have been confirmed now.
