Vice versa. It's ALL in game footage, not cutscenes. Rockstar have said it themselves, you can tell it's flyable. Please stop embarassing yourself.

What do you mean "It's ALL in game footage, not cutscenes."? The trailers are a mix of cutscenes & trailers. It's tricky to tell what's gameplay & what's not in the trailers, because cutscenes are rendered in game; they won't look graphically any different, & because the gameplay is edited to look cinematic for the trailer.

 

I don't even know how anyone could tell that the plane in that trailer scene is flyable. That's seems like complete conjecture to me.

The plane is flyable because if you notice on the wings it has these cuts that lets you move from left to right with R1/R2 L1/L2 just like in SA.

Those "cuts" are not only from San Andreas, they are from real airplanes... they are called "aileron"

When they say in-game, they mean in-engine. That has no bearing whatsoever on whether it's all gameplay, which it's not, and even less on whether or not the jet is pilotable.

 

But you're an excited child and so anything that you have your hopes up about - will be in the game.
