It's not though - CJ's story is all about proving himself to his family and helping free his brother from prison. Franklin, by comparison, seems contemptuous of his friends and is motivated by greed. Bear in mind GTA SA is almost 9 years old and GTA has a whole new audience. Also take into account gamers like me who had SA on the XBox but could not get into the game due to the control system and the poor graphics (yeah sorry, I went there) so a fresh coat of paint 9 years later and a decent control system (say what you like about GTA IV, but the control system on the 360 gelled perfectly with me) refreshes elements from an old storyline. It's is just an element too, as i'm sure Franklin's story is far more involved then just the gang aspect. GTA SA was set in the early 90s, this will be 20 years later, a whole new ball game. Although clothes don't resemble San Andreas at all other than colors. As in, the opposite to the 2004 game - so instead of people looking up to Gangsters and Gangster's being on the top etc, it's all changed now and Franklin is looking out of the hood (as we already know). But in a way, that's quite sad - we spent all that time playing San Andreas years back, taking CJ and the crew from the bottom to the top, where they literally ended up conquering a state never mind Ganton, and now 20 odd years later - it's all gone haha. It's probably going to be similar as always because it's a GTA game... It was the same thing in TBOGT, Armando was always on Luis back calling him Mr. Bigshot & sh*t, look's like Lamar is going to do the same thing with Franklin.
