wwinterj Posted May 16, 2013 Share Posted May 16, 2013 Cleaned it up. Looks to be just a scar (maybe story related?). Or Ned Luke has a scar there and R* went as far as modeling his chest . With a scar there is a line where something/someone has cut into you and stitched you back up or you've done it yourself. Sure once heeled the scar is barley noticeable but still would be if you look at it. With chest hair sure a patch of hair wouldn't grow around the scar like in that image but I see no faint line of the scar itself so believe it to not be a scar at all. I assume that a backstory will be revealed in the game at some point that explains them. I believe this too. On a side note alot of new members here are very rude and childish.
