This part looks so much better than all the rest: and if you take a look at the Trevor trailer ( ) at 00:50, you'll notice the graphics in that 'cutscene' look way better than anything else and so does the animations. Maybe it is because of the improved lighting or something. I remember hearing in the Konami's recent press conference/demo that lighting can make a huge difference.
