SARDYNA108 Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 1 thing that confuses me about this game since the first trailer are strange "plastic" graphics. it doesnt look like GTA, more like The Sims or something. Just take a look at some random video with maxed out settings: GTA V looks blurry and dull compared to this. Or here is what you can do with some editing skills: GTA V looks poor for me, I hope they will patch it and improve the graphics on PC version. Of course GTA V is blurry on console, it's got very little anti-aliasing going on. It may have been 5 years since GTA IV was released, but these are the exact same consoles. wildstyle91 Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 Its hard to tell before actually playing the game itself on a screen. Don't judge the graphics by a trailer. V is a big jump in graphical technology and they basically have the consoles running to its full potential so its bound to look better than IV. But if you're playing IV in 1080p or higher than the graphics will be much sharper because consoles simply cannot output higher than 720p unless up scaled otherwise the frames per second would be less than 10.
