Different time periods?

Could we be playing on a timeline, where the characters age as the game progresses, and that the Michael we saw in trailer 1 is actually the michael we play later on? He seemed really young in the trailers. Even trevor sounded a little different, but perhaps its because we've only heard him shout in the 2nd trailer and this time we hear him properly.

in that case the time has to be atleast 10 years apart as the voices are VERY different

I don't think so. They just improved some graphics and sounds. Game developers always do that.

I think the characters have all just been changed in production. Remember its been like 6/7 months since trailer 2.

Nah I think they tweaked it and made him look younger which I'm happy about.

I doubt it but I don't completely rule it out. Sure, it'll take place over a small period of time. I mean basic proof with Michael's few different therapist sessions but I don't think it'll be like a year or more. I believe they only sound different because everyone sounds different according to their mood, surroundings and tone.
