It's slated for release in Nov 2013, who the hell knows what might be cut out in the meantime and how much will it visually change. It seems to borrow a lot from Deus Ex HR, which, despite a great story, was far from being the most elegant and visually pleasing fps. Watch Dogs has ONLY been shown on a high end PC anyhow. Next-gen consoles are great, but it doesnt serve much if the game isn't properly optimized. And if the devs are short on time, sacrifices have to be made, visuals are affected. It happens all the time in the industry. You do remember how poor GTA IV ran on setups far superior to the PS3, right? Go watch early Bioshock Infinite previews.
