It's definitely a black guy with a muscle shirt on. I guess it could be from a different moment in that scene in that mission. I paused it in the right moment again, it's def Franklin. I liked the part where the boyfriend jumped out of the window and his daughter freaked out. Daughter? It's effectively parallel to, or a 'Rockstar homage' to, the Tony Soprano story, with some variation and perhaps a degree less complexity? Hard to say at this stage how deep it goes.
