Color me surprised if it's longer than that. That's quite possible. But perhaps a 3 minute video, cut into 3 seperate style trailers. Who knows. I hope it's 3 seperate 1-2 minute long trailers outlining each character, their families perhaps, and the area they prefer in Los Santos. EDIT: Also, i have a feeling the actual in-game footage we see will probably be limited to like 30-40 seconds, as the rest will be taken up by the logo intro's and the release date/console previews to end the video.
