SlaveZer0
what kind of "Big Noise" is it a horn, an engine, a constant baby cry? what is it... also are you using a retail or steam bought copy or did you pirate the game?
jpm1
... noise is coming and its getting more and more... looks like a temperature problem , is your hardware cooled enought
unc13bud
notwithstanding you may have modified your game in some way and are too lazy to tell us, where does the noise occur? around firefly island, like the projects? i think that's normal - it reflects "real life in the hood"... hearing irritating noises that you can't shut off

The game is modified only with twin towers mod, thats th eonly mod i've installed. here is picture: http://s15.postimg.org/nd28cjmqz/Photo1026_Copy_Copy.jpg the laptop is cooled enough, it has 2 coolers, believe me the cooling is OK. The noise is coming few minuts after gameplay.

unc13bud
OK, my english is not the best, i got that. So any solutions?! uninstall the mod, or uninstall the game, then reinstall. i would format\reinstall windows as well. and this is the regular GTA IV performance problem forum. you want to ask your questions to people who are used to messing up their gta IV installs - they may see the photo you posted (thanks for linking it like that) and figure out exactly what's going on. http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showforum=
SlaveZer0
looks like anti-piracy to me... so op tell us where did you purchase the game?
nkjellman
Odd. Is your timecyc modified? The noise effect is in TLAD, and can be turned off. Its like that, but not that exaggerated. You could have a custom timecyc or timecycmodifier file in pc/data. The normal files should be from June of 2008, one from October of 2008, and one from November of 2008. I remember way way way back when map modding first became possible and Vice IV was around, I noticed that the noise effect was present, and I was technically playing on GTA IV, not TLAD. I'm thinking of looking into making a menu mod for IV and TBoGT that have the Noise Effect option available in the menu like it is in TLAD. It might help you
