GR7 Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 (edited) Been reading some of the DLC threads and while some ideas were good I think most of them were too predictable. Now if they want to do something crazy they could set the game in an alternate Los Santos where all the characters of the main game are actually Vinewood actors and the pedestrians are just extras. All the missions that take place in the DLC are actually just scenes from a movie which include Michael bay levels of over the top action. I know the main game will feature some crazy set peices but i'm talking shooting a can of sprunk that somehow explodes into flames levels of craziness for the DLC. The mission possibilities could be endless they could have a mission where the crew does a scene fighting zombies one minute and in the next mission they could be saving a damsel in distress tied up to some train tracks. In terms of vehicles allot of the iconic vehicles used in films could make an appearance with slight changes to their apearance for obvious reasons. Ever wanted to drive a Delorean in a GTA game without the use of mods? This would be your chance. There would be small touches to the free roam atmosphere making fun of movies, such as pointing your gun at someone from behind would make the gun cocking sounds for no reason, pedestrians will often use generic screams heard in movies like the Willheam and Howie screams and on the rare occasion you might see the director shouting at an extra for not looking "pedestrian" enough. Nothing too big just small things to remind the player they are actually on a giant movie set. Once you finish the DLC you get to watch the full movie in all its horrible glory, the movie will feature some of the player's gameplay so everyone's movie would be slightly different What do you guys think? could it work or is it a bit too out there? I think IV's DLC was more grounded because the tone of the game was more serious compared to other games in the gta series. I guess you could argue RDR and MP3 were just as serious so maybe they just realized after TBOGT that DLCs with crazier scenarios work well. That being said I wouldn't mind more DLC like the episodes but I just thought I would throw my idea out there Since there is some untapped potential in the whole Vinewood side of LS. You mean like a sort of sequel to the Los Santos part of San Andreas story? I think we will get that in the main game since Franklin will reluctantly be doing some work for The Families as Lamar will be on his back all the time about forgetting his roots. As for a Trevor DLC, Michael and Trevor were part of a crew that didn't operate in LS so it might be hard to tell a story about his past. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

( special activity : cop's side quests) Ron ; Trevor's friend , an old guy , psycho and a drugs dealer , he sell some drugs to people who need it , until one day he get in trouble by killing a famous gangster by making him go overdose and all sudden the world turn up side down and all gangsters want to kill him, then he have to kill the boss of the gang to gain freedom . ( special activity : sell drugs ) Jimmy ; Michael's son , a young man and in his 20s that always gets in his dads way by putting him self in trouble , he knows how to handle a gun but never knows how to handle in situations (special activity : video games ) special release for a collecter edition called ; Grand Theft Auto : Los Santos Stories ; Grand Theft Auto : V & Los Santos Stories Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
