Download and install GTA VC RAGE [http://www.libertycity.ru/files/gta-4/56526-vice-city-rage-built-20.03.2013.html] 4. Download the patch [http://www.libertycity.ru/files/gta-4/56545-vice-city-rage-build-20.03.2013-ped.html] , extract the file from the archive in [installation folder]/pc /peds 5. Go on and save yourself Yandex.Disk first and second part of the file - and download them from there 6. Put both files in one folder and extract 7.
