EpicErection
Southern California is a place close to my heart and when R* made midnight club LA it felt sub par to what they really could have done.. I hope R* can really capture the culture of the city. The rich drive expensive cars, the kids smoke pot, the nightlife is crazy. What do you think they will do? ALeSsAnDrO
You can be sure of one thing: if there's one developer out there who can do it right, it's Rockstar.
Tommy_Vercetti_Mob
I hope they do, I mean if you look at all their past gta games they haven't failed. And I live it the Palm Springs area, which is an hour n half from LA so I most definitely will know if they hit the nail on the head with the "So-Cal Vibe"
Darrel
From what i have seen so far, it really has that vibe. Libertry city sometimes felt like New York, but to me i didnt really capture it. Los santos really does look like it will capture that feel. . You can see so much research has been done.

Druffmaul
I've lived in LA for 20 years now, and based on what I've seen so far I think they've pretty much got it.
SmoothGetaway
I'm a SoCal native, have lived here my whole life and I say yes. Little touches like the Mexicans wearing rags under their hats to cover/protect their neck from the sun (in the crop duster scene, trailer 1) tell me they have spent a lot time making sure things look the way they should. Same as the scene showing all the runners/athletes on the Venice boardwalk. LA peeps know the benefit of having a beach body
œaœa
I visited LA in December, they got it exactly right, IMO. Of course I'm not as credible as SoCal natives but from what I remember, standing on the Santa Monica made me feel like I was in the second scene of trailer 1. I think they will get it right, Midnight Club didn't really capture the feeling of it as it was mainly just a racing game, thats the only side of LA they could show.
