Where is the hype?

Where is the hype? That's a very good question. There aren't that many people posting on the Newswire--not as many as there should be. There just doesn't seem to be much hype, not even here at the forums. Maybe R*'s brilliant marketing idiocy has driven people away? I know I just want the game so that I can move on. It's been a confusing ride this time around.

and with summer, E3 and next gen will get worse

I don't see the same excitement in other communities, sites and even in its forum.

 

I do. and I'm hyped, but I'll save it for when the trailers are out. We've never had character trailers before, so we dont know how much will be revealed in these trailers, and how long they'll be. I think R* may have taken that idea from the fans when we thought thats what was happening after Michael seemed to be the theme of trailer 1.
