Blurry Lights since ELS

I installed Cars like a Advantador, Aston Martin Virage and before i installed ELS the lights worked Brilliant until i downloaded and installed ELS for my police vehicles but ever since then, the lights on top of Taxis and the lights on my installed cars including the ELS Enabled police cars are all Blurry Please Help.

You more then likely also installed the custom visualsettings.dat that is included with ELS, this makes the light much brighter, if you backed up the visualsettings file just put the backup in or find the original online to use.
