Eagles
Another KEM Strike now, making that my third in a week! Had 2 on Warhawk and one on Whiteout! Love calling them badboys in! How do you get it? Is this that killstreak that comes in a care package and destroies the whole map? Yes and no, on the map Strikezone you can get it in a care package for completing field orders. But that is the ONLY map that offers it in a care package. On every other map you earn it by getting a 25 gunstreak just like the MOAB from Modern Warfare 3. I have had one on Strikezone via care package, and earned 3 by getting a 25 gun streak I love getting them because just like the MOAB, you and your team get double XP for the remainder of the game! BuyMeTheMoon
So what's the situation with offline multiplayer? Is there bots? Can anyone with the game help me out? This is important. Yes there is bots, and they are very smart actually. For me it seems like they have put a lot of work into them. Even with the bots on regular it was kind of challenging when I didn't know the maps very well.
LittleBlueTroll
They are actually very intelligent, and on regular they play just like a multiplayer lobby filled with players who don't know what their doing. I tried it for the first time yesterday on regular and tried to get a KEM Strike against them, i got it on my third match! I honestly thought i would get it on my first attempt lol! They flank, they slide, they even utilize the parts of the map that can be interacted with. I've heard on veteran they even jump shot and drop shot! I'm giving that a go today see how hard it is BuyMeTheMoon
Brobinski
Holy sh*t! Extinction is just balls to the wall awesome! I really hated when Nazi Zombies got too complicated (I only played a few of the maps but Nacht der Untoten was my favourite because it was so simple), but all the customisations, abilities and just general complexities just sit right in Extinction. Me and my friends didn't even make it through the second barrier hive but still had a great time. A++ Would drill again. Tyler

I wasn't a fan of zombies at all i thought it was incredibly overrated, and i actually thought the survival waves and chaos mode from MW3 were much better. But I'm hearing good things about extinction, so i might have to give it a go.
Pat
Wikipedia says Ghosts requires 6 GB RAM, is it legit or are they just trolling? It can't be that high. It does, but it's an artificial requirement. The game uses less than 2GB of RAM even when maxed out. There was a script to remove the 6GB requirement but it has been patched and is no longer functional.

tuareg
Yes, it's basically npc's with aimbots/auto targeting. In other words stupidly easy on low difficulties and claw-your-eyes-out frustrating if you play it on anything higher than normal.

LittleBlueTroll
Is the MP maps larger this year? Hell yesssss. Some of the maps are huge! Plenty enough space for their to be a good spawn system you would think, but that isn't the case at all.

Plenty enough space for their to be a good spawn system you would think, but that isn't the case at all. Damn, I like the sound of bigger maps. But them not making a good spawn system just sounds like they want me to get shot in the back constantly. You would think by now they would start getting out of that b/c of all the negative feedback. Example: I spawn in a match. I've got maybe 4-5 seconds to move before someone already found me. I hate this. Sometimes I wana take a ten second brake in between me dying if that sounds right. To be perfectly honest, Battlefield atleast gives me a choice on where I can spawn. Off other players, my home base where enemies cannot see me. Not saying its a better game or anything. But definatly better spawning.

TaviColen123
Just rented this piece of sh*t yesterday and wow, its just like all the other people said, the multiplayer is the worst , not only of all COD games but FPS in general. I know Craptivision doesnt care that much for customers since thay make zillions of money but how much f*cking disrespectful can you be to release a game with a mediocre campaign, broken multiplayer, and a decent Extinction mode which last 2-2 and a half hours at most. f*ck this game, if it wasnt for the fact that i rented it, i would have thrown it in the garbage where it belongs . LittleBlueTroll
I really, really want this question answered by everyone that moans about Call Of Duty always being the same and not "Feeling" Any different. So my question is this, FPS games involve staring down the barrel of a gun, how can you make an FPS game feel different? If you worked at Infinity Ward or Treyarch, and was given full creative control of the next title what major changes would you make that we could look back on this time next year and say "Yeah thank goodness that was implemented, It's a game changer"
FranklinDeRoosevelt
First of all, the story is utter sh*t. Thats the main thing. Secondly, the physics and graphics are absolute sh*t in COD. Thirdly, they could create better maps for the online. And they should do single player DLC's. There are so much sh*t they can improve, every FPS can improve if they tried. Personally, I think Killzone is the best at the moment, the story is getting there, but not upto par yet, otherwise it's probably the perfect FPS game. Also, the AI in these games are the worst in a video game. TaviColen123

A development cycle like that would hurt CoD, but at the end of the day that is what makes a good FPS. Atmosphere, content and replayability. As for the MP: More variety in weapons and diversity in their performance. Weapon stats that create balance between classes and post release support to rebalance what needs to be fixed. Large maps, more players. Maps that demand different play styles. Getting rid of killstreaks and replacing them with pointstreaks and only making them available in objective based game modes. Dedicated servers. A server browser instead of the outdated voting system. CoD has a ton of room to improve. TaviColen123

redx165
Call of Duty could easily improve if they change/add:- Dedicated server ( I'm sorry but this is a must have now. They make millions yet they can't buy a server? Are you kidding me? Why do we still got P2P servers?- More players with bigger maps ( Battlefield 4 on PS4, Xbone, and PC have 64 players with 60 FPS. Its time to upgrade the amount of players in a lobby. 18 should be a minimum ) - You shouldn't die in 3 bullets ( Sure you kill people fast but it makes people slow down more. Recently atleast 7/10 games I've played ended with the time limit or 1 minute off. How is that fast Pace? I remember in Black Ops 1 the game ending in 4-6 minutes. ) - A punishment for slowing down the gameplay ( If someone is hiding then they should only get a half a kill and be put into lobbies with others like him/her. Snipers are the only exception but if they stay in the same spot for more then a 1:30 then their kills count as a half too. Sure its not fair but its too keep Call of Duty alive and fast pace ) The Most important one: No Stats ( Why do I say that? Many people camp to keep their stats high and if there isn't any stats then no even less would camp. It would really help keep the game fast pace ) Edited November 18, 2013 by redx165

Dedicated servers. A server browser instead of the outdated voting system. CoD has a ton of room to improve I completely agree that COD has a lot of room to improve. And i like that you actually have ideas about what you would like to see change rather than ranting off like "COD IS sh*t OMDZ ITZ DA SME AS LAST YEAR" And you make some very interesting points. One of the things i agree with majorly is the maps. In all honesty i thought the maps in past Call Of Duty titles were nicely varied, a few larger maps ideal for sniping and assault rifles, then some smaller ones ideal for SMG's and shotguns. Ghosts seems to have primarily huge maps only suitable for assault rifles and snipers, you could of course try using a sub or shotgun, but there are so many long range lines of site on every map, its hard to navigate around the map and do well using them guns. So i think maps that encourage various different play styles is a must. One of the things i would like to see map related, is the return of older maps from the Modern Warfare series. Modern warfare 2 brought back a couple from Modern Warfare included in a paid map pack, but then Terminal returned on MW3 from MW2 completely free. And everyone i spoke to loved getting a good classic map for free. I think Ghosts should bring out a couple from the previous 3 Modern Warfare games for free again. Because really what are they losing? Surely all they would have to do is import the map and make it playable in Ghosts, they wouldn't have to make major changes. I know doing it for free is a long shot, but it would answer the problem of the Ghosts maps being too large and would require minimal effort on their part to just import them to Ghosts. And i know 95% of people would enjoy it.
