MW2 was absolutely awesome and so far Ghosts looks awesome as well. No deathstreaks, fully customizable soldiers/classes/clans, killstreaks instead of scorestreaks, huge variety of guns, new engine, destructible enviroment. It's funny how Ghosts looks more of an update from Black Ops 2 than BF4 looks from BF3 and people still claims it's the same sh*t than before. Oh well, the biggest is always the most hated I respect your opinion, yet I personally think that it looks almost the exact same as before, although the destructible environments actually look quite good, but then again Battlefield had them before, so there'll probably be arguments about that. I don't see the point in customizing your character, considering the game is first-person, the new engine doesn't look too new imo, I prefer scorestreaks as you actually have to sort of play the objective more to get them, whereas with killstreaks you become a lone wolf. No deathstreaks is a plus though. I haven't read much about the killstreaks apart from the fact that the nuke/MOAB appears to be returning, can anyone elaborate on this? I wont be getting it at launch but I'll get it some point in January I think. It really looks like Infinity Ward improved on a lot, like the character customization (remember that was a rumor to be in BO2), and then look at the physics and sh*t. In the trailer you can shoot the gas pump and the whole thing will fall down. This indeed looks like a game made for Next Generation only (not talking about graphics here) The graphics look improved just a bit. When watching the Trailer it definitely gave me a Black Ops 2 type of vibe. The graphics aren't completely bad but I couldn't care less for graphics. Most people will be like "lol the game had bad graphics #ghostswillflop" but it's not all about that crap. Eh, Black Ops 2 ruined it for me and I have a bit of hope in this. NO difference at all whatsoever. Looks like Black ops 2 mixed with MW2. Same physics, crappy graphics for a next gen game, and multiplayer is still the same. As long as developers continue to code games for the lowest common denominator (PS3/360) then next-gen consoles aren't really getting next-gen games. For example, the animation engine clearly needs an overhaul in CoD, but they're not going to do that while they're still limited to current-gen consoles. Eagles Posted August 14, 2013 Share Posted August 14, 2013 It was not impressive but it was not a bad presentation. It just seemed more of the same (more of Modern Warfare 3 to be exact). Finally they introduced destructible scenarios. It was one of the advantages of Battlefield 3 over Call of Duty. I also liked the improvements with the sound effects and the new Create-a-Soldier system. It's always the same thing every year. At the reveal event everyone rages saying the game is terrible and they aren't going to buy it. At the end, everyone is playing it and saying how better it is compared to the previous CoD.
